Our first unit, beginning Wednesday, March 10th, is an introductory unit, geared towards terminology, hardware, peripherals, operating systems, Internet safety, and more to prepare students with the strong foundation needed to progress. New units will cover a wide variety of skills used in Microsoft® Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and more.

Registrations are now being accepted for classes to be conducted at the Portsmouth location of Great Place to Learn:

• The K-2 class will be conducted from 3:30-4:30 PM.
• The Grade 3-6 class will be conducted from 4:30-5:30 PM.

Children signed up for our inaugural classes will be automatically entered in a drawing to win a CompuChild flash drive containing safe and useful software applications that can be used by the whole family!

• Small-group instruction means a maximum of 5 children in a class
• Limited class size means individual attention
• Children K-Grade 2 are taught separately from children in grades 3-6
• Equipment is provided for use in class
• Children receive professionally-developed handouts designed explicitly for class
• 6-week units are taught in hour-long classes each week
• Each 6-week unit covers a different set of skills
• Tuition is $140 for each unit.
